From the kitchen you will need

  • Ladyfinger Biscuits 300 g
  • Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk 1 tin (370g)
  • Nestlé® Cream 1 tin
  • Cream Cheese 200 g
  • Raspberries 250 g
  • Strawberries 250g
  • Strawberry jam 100 g
  • Powdered sugar 1 tablespoon
  • Strawberry juice 400 ml

Step by Step

  • In a large bowl, combine Nestle Sweetened Condensed Milk, Nestle Cream, and Cream Cheese mix until smooth.

  • In a bowl, Add the powdered sugar to the raspberries and crush well. Add to the cheese mixture and mix on low speed to combine

  • Dip each ladyfinger into the strawberry juice and place them at the bottom of the baking dish. Repeat until you’ve got an even layer.

  • Spread half the cheese mixture onto the ladyfingers in one even layer. Spread a layer of strawberry jam and sprinkle with Strawberries and Raspberries

  • Repeat with the remaining dipped ladyfingers and mascarpone mixture.

  • Top up with the remaining berries.

  • Chill for 4 hours.
